HP Proliant DL380 G4 Degraded Memory

Server is issuing Correctable Memory Error messages; memory sub system is shown as being in a degraded state.  See screen capture.

Server is presently operational, but did crash overnight.

Thoughts as to a permanent "fix"?

Thanks in advance

To find out whether or not it's HW failure, run HW diagnostic and post the result on here. Here are the steps:
All Programs --> HP System Tools --> HP Insight Diagnostic....

K
Also, you can move your memory dimms from slot 1 and 2 to 5 and 6 to test whether or not the issue is on memory slot, not the dimms.

Thanks very much for comments K...did try to  re-seat....new DIMMS are en route...this is a production server...cannot perform any further work until the off / overnight hours...presently stable...should be resolved by early Fri.
Replaced with new DIMMS all is well!
