Server is issuing Correctable Memory Error messages; memory sub system is shown as being in a degraded state.  See screen capture.

Server is presently operational, but did crash overnight.

Thoughts as to a permanent "fix"?

Thanks in advance

You can try to reseat the memory then update your firmware. If your memory is fail due to HW the only fix is replace. For now, reseat them and update firmware may do the trick.

To find out whether or not it's HW failure, run HW diagnostic and post the result on here. Here are the steps:
All Programs --> HP System Tools --> HP Insight Diagnostic....

Also, you can move your memory dimms from slot 1 and 2 to 5 and 6 to test whether or not the issue is on memory slot, not the dimms.
