I have a batch file that kicks of an rsync of 2 differnt source directories and 2 different destination directories - I am having issues with this .  Here is the script:

rsync -rlt -v --progress --stats --delete /cygdrive/F/groups/ /u/ /groups/ 1>>\\jaxback02\f$\backup_logs\%computername%_groups_rsync.log

rsync -rlt -v --progress --stats --delete /cygdrive/F/users/ /u/ /users/
1>>\\jaxback02\f$\backup_logs\%computername%_Users_rsync.log

I am getting this error:
Rsync error: change_dir "/u" failed, no such file or directory.

I do get the /cygdrive/f/groups to rsync, but the /cygdrive/f/users does not
