Canon i860 printer prints too small

I have a Canon i860 ink-jet printer, and my problem is that whenever I go to print a document, it prints too small. Each page of the document only prints out 4.75" wide and 6.5" high in the upper right corner of the page, while the rest of the page is blank. (Using standard 8.5 x 11 paper here). In addition, the page prints out with no top or left margin. This started after we moved the printer from one computer to another, but we're doing most of our printing over the local network and getting the same results when printing from each of our computers. I already tried adjusting things like "Fit to Page" in the Print dialog box in those programs like Acrobat Reader or "Scaling --> Letter" in the Print dialog in MS Word with no luck. Does anyone have some ideas on what's going on here and how I can fix it? Thanks.

I would try reloading or getting a new driver from cannon.
