but I cannot connect any of the workstation.  I have added the fax from the server in the add printer folder on the workstation.  Then, I go to the "Windows Fax and Scan" on the client, under Tools menu, Fax Account, it seems to add the account but is still not working.

Try this page for the setup steps...are you getting any kind of error? At what point are you getting hung up?

Thanks for the quick response first time I have posted here wasn't sure about the response time.  I tried these....nothing I haven't already set though.  The Server sends and receives fine.  I think it must have something to do with perrmission from the server(that being said I have Administrator permissions).  The "Fax Center" in the "companyweb" works fine everyone can see the incoming faxes.   It even adds it to our "Outlook 2007" folder view.  But for so reason I don't seem to be able to connect the work stations.  Any one else have something for me to try?

Woo Hoo, I change the Group Policy setting and added my users to allow them to use  the fax and now it works.  Thanks for your input.

After days of working on this, finally it just came to me to check the GP and allow the users to use the fax.  NO WHERE WAS THIS MENTIONED IN DAYS OF RESEARCH.  Good luck to anyone else on this one.
