Citrix EdgeSight 5.0

I am having a problem getting EdgeSight working. I have everything installed and I setup the AD connection along with the Farm Authentication user... When I install a new agent I recieve an email stating that the server has added a new agent. Everything looks correct when you go into configure and devices. The problem I am getting is that no data is getting populated into EdgeSite. I also cannot get the realtime dashboard to work.... this is the error that I keep getting.
"There was an error connecting to the remote Citrix System Monitoring Agent database. The Citrix System Monitoring Agent may not be running on the specified machine. Please try again. " I am able to telnet into port "9035" on each of the servers without a problem, I have also verified that the Citrix monitoring service is running. What else am I missing? Thanks!

Port 80 or 443 between the agent and the EdgeSight Server. The agent sends its payload and alert bullets to the EdgeSight server through port 80 (http) or port 443 (SSL).
Port 9035 is used between the machine running the EdgeSight Web Console browser and the EdgeSight Agent. The management console uses an ActiveX component and port 9035 to make a remote device connection to rscorsvc.exe (the agent service).
Port 9036 is used for internal database operations between rscorsvc and fbserver and must be open on the agent itself to ensure correct database operation.
Port 27000 (default) is used on the Citrix license server.
Port 1433 (default) is used by SQL.

dborger,
Thank you for the response. I currently do not have a firewall blocking any of the ports listed. I also have setup the AV exclusions before installing EdgeSight. I am able to telnet to port 80 on my EdgeSight server without any issues.

Thanks!
have you restarted the agent service by issuing the NET START RSCORSVC command?
it was started, but i did a net stop and net start on rscorsvc... no dice
I'm running out of ideas, everything about that error points to the ports, Ive seen simular errors if the user not in the ad group but I don't think your getting that far.  Have you tried totally disabling the firewall?
all firewalls on the servers have been disabled... I would think that it should totally work at this point too, but I am stumped.
From what I have experienced with this error, its not the firewall or ports, its the agent. Which agent version are you using? If you are sub 5.0.622 I would recommend upgrading. If you are on a current client, check the end user monitoring service as well. If the EUEM is running check the Edgesight eventlog located in Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Citrix\System Monitoring\Data\SYS_EVENT_TXT.txt. Look for the status of the worker process. If all else fails, clear the local Edgesight DB Cache, yes that will cause you to loose your current data, but I had to do the same on my entire farm before I could get any data.
