how can i block chat using Thomson TG585 v7

hi
ihave modem Thomson TG585 v7, i want to control accessing the internet, for example:
in my home i need to set the time for my kids to access the internet from 4:00 to 8:00
and at the same time chat web based program that use Java (i think Java) like:

http://mail.live.com/mail/MSNWebIMDecomm.aspx

i know there is aprogram that control these points i menisined
and i use:

 http://www.tueagles.com/anti-porn/

and it helped me blocking web sites, but not all like online chat

also the program i am using when stop the internet, it stops all websites but not the chat like if the window still open.
