Hello, currently all user configurations are standard and the user's address book are the default names.nsf that are local on the workstations. This is a little inconvinent when the computer crashes and there are no backups. Also if the user connects to the webmail, they do not have access to their personal address book.Is it possible to have the users address book on the Domino server and be accessible from webmail ?

Thanks

in version 8 they include a routine for synchronizing contacts with webmail on a schedule. Look in the help for synchronizing contacts but basically open the address book and go to More->Preferences and select the option for enable synchronizing contacts

Ok, and is there a specific schedule or as soon as you activate the option in the address book, it does it ?

It will use whatever replication schedule is configured for the current location. Open the replication tab and there is a schedule button where you can configure this
