Exchange 2007 NLB

I am getting ready to put my new exchange environment into production. I have 2 CAS Servers and 1 Mailbox Server. My switching infrastructure are Cisco 3750's doing layer 3 routing. Does anyone have any info on NLB for my CAS Servers in this type of environment. I am finding lots of info but alot of it conflicts. Thanks.
