RIS Dell Optiplex 760 NIC Driver Issues

I have recently purchased a number of Dell Optiplex 760s.  I am attemtping to image them using my current RIS images.  I keep running into the message that " the operating system image you selected does not contain the necessary driver for your network adapter."  I have downloaded the drivers from the Dell site and have followed the MS KB article 315279 "How to add a third-party OEM network adapter to a RIS installation".  Still no luck.  Any ideas?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi,

I have seem similar issues except with Ghost seems that the dell drivers like to play nicely with preboot environments.

Have a look here might be worth trying some of the drivers listed in this post.

have a look at profx's post, second from bottom.

Hope it helps!
