Remote Outlook Setup in XP OS

Does anybody in the EE community know of any software which can flash configure a computer remotely, assuming that the software knows what the login, pop3, smtp server, etc. is? In an ideal situation, I would like our new email account customer to come to our website, click a link to download a script. The script already would know the login and server info. The customer clicks on the downloaded script on his computer and, like magic, his Outlook is configured and ready to use!

In case no such software exists, would anyone from the EE community be willing to make such a software for us?

Are you using Exchange 2003 or 2007?  2007 comes with the Autodiscover service, which uses AD\DNS and a configuration XML file to allow Outlook 2007 clients to automatically pull down your settings\configuration.

GibsonGuitarIT, I need a solution which applies to Outlook Express and all the current versions of Outlook.
I have located a company in Israel which supposedly has the software which I need. Just received a demo. Price for the licensed version is hefty ($15,000). Ouch! May be they will discount it. Really discount it.
