Regarding Uninstall the softwares

when i seen in add/remove programs for some programs like micorosoft office 2003 iam not getting uninstall or change option. Even i attached the screen shot. please check the attachment.

It the user logged in a local administrator of the PC?

Sometimes this can happen if you have recently installed a microsoft update and it did not install correctly. If you have the option, try uninstalling some recent microsoft updates and see if that makes a difference.

Also have you tried looking in the programs folder in Windows Explorer for the program you would like to remove. Is there an uninstalll file in there?

Already the user have admin rights and what ever you said that in windows explorer there is no uninstall file.

Did you try and delete the programs folder before uninstalling. If so use the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility.
