I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hello Deyhim,
Try this,
1. Create a certificate through START > All programs > Microsoft Office > Microsoft Office Tools > Digital Certificate for VBA Projects
2. Then ALT+F11 from Outlook to bring up editor
3. Tools > Digital Certificate > Choose > (select your certificate) > Click OK twice
4. This should do it I think.
