Hi could u please tell me about volatile access modifier, and also give some information regarding the difference between access modifier and access specifier

but in that i see

Now every thread needs to reconcile its private copy of that variable with the master copy whenever it accesses that variable.

but i can't get the exact meaning of reconcile..could u plz explain that

It means that it has to bring into sync the local cop and the master copy.
