Applications hang randomly
Hi,
I have had a couple of recently installed workstations start to randomly hang with multiple applications. The errors i am getting are:
Hanging application OUTLOOK.EXE, version 12.0.6504.5000, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.
Hanging application Lfm32.exe, version 9.4.0.19, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.
Hanging application sos.connect.2.7.exe, version 2.7.28.0, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang address 0x00000000.
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 12.0.6504.5000, stamp 49e7f47e, faulting module hpzui5mc.dll, version 0.3.1537.19, stamp 47a2ad23, debug? 0, fault address 0x001e8c32.
Faulting application winword.exe, version 12.0.6504.5000, stamp 49e7f5b6, faulting module hpzui5mc.dll, version 0.3.1537.19, stamp 47a2ad23, debug? 0, fault address 0x001b05a8.
Faulting application outlook.exe, version 12.0.6504.5000, stamp 49e7f47e, faulting module hpzui5mc.dll, version 0.3.1537.19, stamp 47a2ad23, debug? 0, fault address 0x001b05a8.
They both run Windows XP SP3 and are AMD based. They also have Office 2007 basic installed.
Any ideas? My initial thoughts are with the SP3 install itself?

No we use Kaspersky on these workstations. The errors are still continuing even with kaspersky removed completely from the workstation.
