Have you checked if this file is existing in that specific location? Did the report server installation and SRS connector completed without issues? If not that could be causing it. Best way to re-install and see if its giving any issues. May I know what is the server OS?

Hi no the files are not in that location. &nbsp;The report server and SRS have been installed for a while so im guessing they installed ok. The OS is windows 2003
