We are currently experiencing a problem where we have a HP Laser Jet 9050 that when a user prints emails to the device it prints the email then it is followed by a blank page. This is happening for all users that print to this device. The printer is networked and on a new print server, the printer itself is using a HP LASERJET PCL 5e driver like all the other 9050's that we have but the problem is only happening with this one printer.
I am leaning towards it being a driver issue but don't really want to go down that road until all other avenues have been explored. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
