installshield 2009 Show SetupCompleteSuccess

Hello everyone,
It must be a simple solution, but i have been going crazy trying to figure out how to display the SetupCompleteSuccess dialog using IS 2009 Basic MSI. I have 2 large installs, one shows the Finish dialog and the other doesn't and can't find how to fix this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Have you run the installs with verbose logging to see why one shows it and one does not?  You can check the one that does now show it, and look under the User Interface sequence and locate the SetupCompleteSuccess dialog there and check the sequence number.  It should be -1, but if it were somehow accidentally set to 0 I believe that would cause it to never show.

If the sequence number is correct, then a verbose log would be helpful to figure out why it is getting skipped.  Have you changed any of the behavior of the standard dialogs?  Are you setting any properties with custom actions anywhere in the installs?

You are right on jmcmunn. The sequence number somehow was set to 0. You made my day :-) thanks very much. Problem solved.
