3G using Nokia Bluetooth on PC (max speed)

I have enabled 3G with my celphone company on my line, but when I connect via bluetooth I get a max speed of 115kbps (which I think is a limit to a COM port used by the bluetooth program)
How do I increase this speed ? My bluetooth devices are 2.0 so they should transfer at 3mbps.
