I have a web page that for some reason if i continually open the page it will eventually get that IE7 and IE8 will say that is still loading and just sit and there and spin. I hit refresh and it works? I am using prototype.js and lightbox.js in the application and Coldfusion 8 and Apache.

Any ideas of how to tell why this is occuring periodically?

I have tested in Firefox and it never has this happen it seems just to occur in IE7 and IE8

I viewed the page source and it seems it is done loading?

Do you use a proxy server/caching server? Do you use a firewall/router/IPS, IDS to connect to the internet? If yes, IE has a problem dealing with such requests.
