I have Exchange 2003 on Server 2003.  I just installed a BES. I went thru the insrtuctions step by step to install. I added my first user and phone, (Phone was plugged into my PC charging. It sent me the email with the password to authenticate. i went thru this process and all my emails populated on the Blackberry Curve. After the initial setup, i can no longer receive emails on the BB, but i can send. Any ideas?

This has something to do with credentials.
Either it is Mailbox store ou Active directory credentials.
I ran into this also in the past.

Try to resend the service books from the BES
Right click user>Resend service Book

Or

Try to recreate the user in BES. Right Click user and Set Activation Password.
Disconnect the BB from the PC. (Probably has no play in the situation, but lets limit the possibilities)
On the BB Settings>Options>Advanced Options> Enterprise Activation
Input Email and Activation password set.
(Wipe handheld if nothing is important on there if you like also.)
Settings>Options>Security>General Settings>(Menu button)Wipe Handheld
