E10 and E100 connections between two differnet physical sites

Hi

Do this connections mean just use the switch to connect both the sites ?I have a requirement of using same subnet(1.1.1.10 at one site and 1.1.1.11 on another site ) on both the sites that are connected through one these type of connections

How are the sites connected? If there is just the 10 or 100Mb connection and the same subnet, just plug them into a switch and it should work fine. If a router seperates them, then you would have to use different subnets or configure the router for bridging.

I do not have these connections yet,I am trying to get one from the service provider because two sites  are 50kms apart.Does any of you have these type of connectionc ?

Are you trying to get a Metro Ethernet connection or something like Frame Relay, Dedicated Internet or MPLS? 50kms is a long way apart.

I am trying to connect two offices . I think they call it LAN EXTENSION...

If it's a LAN extension then it should just work like a long patch cable between your switches. It should have no problem with the two sides being on the same subnet.
