I'm using vs 2008 on vista. in c# i have a win media player control. while a clip is playing, i'd like to be able to periodically check the current location (in seconds) and to be able to set the current location.

i don't see the properties necessary to do so (i do see them in the ce version). ideas?

tia, bill

What version of the Windows Media Player are you working with?  The version is important, because the code models change from version to version.

I believe that what you are looking for is wmp.Ctlcontrols.currentPosition.
