I am running QuarkXPress 7 on Mac OSX 10.4.  I had to reinstall Quark.  Now when Quark starts the first thing I see is

Application uses profiles not installed in your system

and 2 buttons: "Continue" and "List Profiles"

Clicking Continue takes you right into Quark.  Clicking "List Profiles" brings up another window titled "Missing profiles for Application".  Please see the attached "example1.jpg" for a picture of that window.

If I select any of the listed profiles and click "Replace" I get a "Replace profile" window (see example2.jpg).  However, this window gives me no options since the "replace with" pulldown only has "No profiles".

How do I fix these missing profiles?

First, are you running QuarkXPress 7.5? If not, update for free (from 7.0) first:
http://downloads.quark.com/Details.aspx?fid=119&

Secondly, I assume you have the profiles correctly installed, right? Where are they?

Check whether QuarkXPress sees the by going to menu "Utilities > Profiles manager...". if there's none listed, try selecting the right folder with the button "Browse..."
