Best method of putting up updates to a website

Hi- I often make changes to a website I run, and in the current case, it will be a pretty dramatic change to the look. I know that we have a lot of customers, and they probably have some of our pages cached. Is there anything I can do to ensure that when a  customer goes to a page they have previously been on, they see the new page and not the cached one?  I don't believe that <meta http-equiv="Pragma" content="no-cache"> will do it, because they will already have cached pages. Thanks.

I suggest trying a different META tag.  To my knowledge this one is not ignored yet just set any date in the past and it should force an update from the cache...

<META HTTP-EQUIV="expires" CONTENT="Wed, 19 Feb 2003 08:00:00 GMT">
