Public Folders - Permissions Not Applying to Outlook Clients

I added a Mail-enabled Universal Security Group to the Public Folders from Outlook 2007 and ran the Get-PublicFolderClientPermission in Powershell and see that the permissions are set correctly.

But everyone in the group is not able to see that Public Folder. Is there a time limit to wait until replication happens? Is there a faster way to push this out?
