After that, Office will assume it's opening for the first time. &nbsp;It should work.

I have had office 2008 on leopard installed until powerpoint started crashing. I decided to uninstall it and reinstall it. This made it worse, i now get error messages from Entourage: &quot;This identity cannot be opened with this version of Entourage&quot; From word, excel, powerpoint: &quot;&nbsp;There is a problem with office database...and it asks to use microsoft database utility to repair it, but it fails towards the end....<br />

Dear all,
