Hi,
I have developed a online Struts Application with Tomcat 5.5 Web Server.  Due to our business need, we need to make this as a desktop application. Can we convert the jar file as exe to have code protection? Or is there any other option to make as a desktop application?

You can create a swing application and make use of most the
application code written for jsp.

Sorry! One more change. now the application is hosted on our server. For our business need, we need to host the application on the server of client companies. So what is the solution to make our code protected, so that npobody on the client company side will be able to access the code.
If you are conscious about the protecting the code, then its
not advisable to deploy the code the client machines.
However, you can obfuscate the codebase, and distribute it.
