euhm,
you mean different settings for each user ?
or general settings ?

If they are general you could just change them in config panel , printers and faxes on the server

Hi,
The specific settings will not be posssible via GPO, unless for some printers this information is stroed in Registry. If yes then you will have to create Custom GPO and then assign, other wise GPO is not the solution for this activity

When you make the changes on the shared printer on the server there are two places they can be changed.

If you make changes on the General tab (Printing Preferences) the changes only apply to anyone who logs in locally to the server.

The 2nd option is on the Advanced Tab (Printing Defaults) these are the settings that get pushed out to your users.

Make sure the settings on both tabs are the same.

This will only work if you want all your users to have the same settings on the same printers.
