Server 2003 - Paragon Partition Manager - Lost Disk Space

I'm supporting a Windows 2003 Server which had it's C partion resized by the previous tech. Within My Computer it report that this is a 25GB partition with 700mb of free space.

BUT, when you run a treesize it's only being read as a 10GB partition with 700mb of free space.

Basically the additional 15GB of space created by Paragon Partition manager is 'missing'

Any ideas?

Yes. There is idea. The problem is not in Paragon Partition Manager but in Windows PartMgr that is a native partition manager service of Windows.
Now to get the space back you need to follow these instructions:

Increase the size of C: partition adding to it more 500MB space from D: Apply changes after each operation (decrease D: - apply; Increase C: apply). Reboot. Check if the problem is solved.
Look this article of their KB: http://kb.paragon-software.com/paragon/include/templ/object2.jsp?objId=5619
I had this problem with old Partition Magic, Disk Director and even Gparted. So I am sure that Windows is inbound here.
