colspan bug in firefox

Hi,

am getting an issue with colspan while hide/show in firefox, it dont takes the colspan value and getting all the datas in single <TD>, Help me to fix this issue..

am using this html code

<table>
<tr><td>1</td><td>2</td><td>3</td><td>4</td><td>5</td><td>6</td><td>7</td><td>8</td><td>9</td><td>10</td><td>11</td></tr>
<tr bgcolor="#e3eefe" id='trId1' style="display:none"><td colspan='11' class='values' height='20'><span id='spanId1' style="display:none">&nbsp;</span></td></tr>
</table>

and using this JS ::

document.getElementById("trId1").style.display = "block";
document.getElementById("spanId1").style.display = "block";
document.getElementById("spanId1").innerHTML = tempHtml;
