We just activated a user's new blackberry (he lost his last one) and synced it within Blackberry Enterprise Server to his Lotus Notes Account again.
His contacts didn't transfer over, so what we have to do, is on his machine or from the server go to 'Actions, Synchronize Address Book' and it should copy local address book over to the server for Domino Web Access which in turn lets the Blackberry services access them.
Unfortunately when we do this we get a little pop up saying that "Only the owner of this database, (database name) can perform synchronization." (I've attached an image of the error).
We receive this when performing on an Admin client/server as well. It is not just for this user is appears for everyone. Both Admin account and Owning User are listed as owners/managers. It does seem if I go on other users local accounts that I can sync fine. I have no idea if this has anything to do with the blackberry server reactivating to his account (I doubt it but can't confirm).
