Moving/transfering DHCP

I'm temporarily taking down my DHCP server/dc to reinstall it for server 2008.  This was my FSMO server.  I've already transferred the roles.  Is there a way to transfer/move DHCP to my 2008 server until I bring my "new" 2008 server back on line???  DHCP is now installed on a 2003 domain controller.  Basically I want to move it to the current DC which is 2008 and move it back to the DC which will be 2008.

Thanks.  Can I do this while people are working or should i wait for after hours???
You should be able to do it during hours...it all depends on how crazy your clients are really. Windows machines will hang on to the lease until it's released or their machine is restarted. Macs may release the IP at any time. The setup should only take a few minutes and will most likely go unnoticed.
OK I'll try and get back to you. Thanks again.
"worked like a charm!"  Thanks.  I'll just rerun when I want to transfer back.
