Getting an prowin32.exe error whenever I RDP to my citrix servers

Running server 2003 and citrix presentation server 4.0. I have three servers and I get the same error when I RDP (start-run-mstsc) to any of them, I dont get the error when I logon to the servers locally. The end users dont see the error when they launch a citrix desktop. I have attached a screen shot of the errors

Ya its associated with an app we use I will call them about it..

Sorry, wrong acronym.  OCA - Online Crash Analysis.  When you submit the crash report it goes to OCA and will reort back to you if there is a solution to your crash.

ORCA is a Microsoft utility to edit MSI files.

I contacted the vendor of the product and we got it straitened out
