I have one person who can not see all the entries, I can see 21 entries for a specific date she can only see 18, have tried the following, redid her profile, ran command line switches /cleanviews and /firstrun.  Have also reset her view to default.

Have checked with other people that use this calendar they can see all entries.

What kind of set up do you have on your network?  Multiple exchange servers?  Public fodlers on more than one server?

You may want to change the view and see if all the appointments show up in a list view or something else.

Changed view to Active appointments and it turns out there are 24 appts for that day, I am not even seing all of them, in workweek view or day view.

We are running a cluster with 2 exchange servers only 1 active at a time, Public Folders on 2 servers, Exchange Server under Information Store 1, and on our ExchConn which is our connector server out to the Internet.

I asked about multiple servers becuase we have eight servers and originally they set it up to replicate public folders to all the servers.  I stood up a dedicated public folder server and pointed everybody to one server, but occasionally, it looks like one of the information stores is pointed to its own server rather than the primary.

If you had multiple servers, you may have a replication issue.

It may sound off, but you may want to check if both users are actually looking at the same folder or calendar.  Do you have any third party tools to synchronize one calendar with another?  Any add-ins to stack calndars to see more than one in a single view?

Are both clients set to the same time and time zone?

I am looking at my own view of the calendar and remote controlling her PC so I know we are looking at the same calendar inside the Folder, no add in to stack calendars, yes we are both in the same time zone.

All of these appointments are All Day Events so they appear at the top of the calendar page, I can only see 21 per page on Day View, she can only see 18 per page on Day view, when there is really 28 to see when I go to Events or Active Appointments.
found the answer has to do with display settings since Events are only given so much room at the top of the calendar

Yes, there is a limitation on the number of items that can be displayed on the view.  Did my suggestions not help at all to eventually resolve the problem?
