asked on

outlook 2003 duplicate calendar entries for updated meetings.

when you send a meeting as an invite and then the meeting is changed/updated the original meeting remains and the new updated meeting is there creating a duplicate meeting and if the updated meeting was canceled the original meeting stays.

this has been replicated and duplicated on multiple computers and users.

we are running exchange server 2003 with sp2 and bes 4.1 with outlook 2003 with the lastest sp and updates.

i saw that posting... and no it does not.

if i send an invite and the invitee accepts it.  and then i updated that invite.  the invitee accepts the second invite.  it leaves both entries in the invitees calendar. and no delegates.
Check this..

Also check if the auto accept is enabled for user..
What about if user is accepting the update in OWA?
