I faced the problem after i moved exchange 2003 mailboxes to exchange 2007 in same domain.whatever mail client program i ve got in my organization (outlook2003,2007,outlook express,thunderbird...) running pop3 protocol started to download emails in a sense that there is a copy of all emails existing there! so this seems to be a major trouble for users have more than thousands of emails in their mailbox..it takes a quite much time to get done downloading..first i dont need to remove &quot;leave a copy of messages on the server&quot; mark (i want a copy left on server)..second i don need to use &quot;remove duplicate message&quot; like programs to remove them.i want to find a way to move mailboxes between exchange 2003 and 2007 without having duplication email issue and users get the new emails received after mailbox move once they push the &quot;send/receive&quot; button.<br />
