Access 2007 report output to Excel - Excel option not available

Trouble outputing Access 2007 report to Excel format under data options.  On my PC with Office Ultimate am able to output access reports to Excel spread sheet using the Excel icon under data options.  However, another user either gets an error trying to output to excel or the icon is greyed out. He was getting an error that the report had some type of coding error at first.  I completely removed Office Ultimate from his desktop and installed it again.  Now he doesn't even have the option to output to Excel, the icon is greyed out.

This feature was not available initially in Access 2007.
However it was ressurected with the release of Service Pack 2 for Office 2007.

So make sure you have SP2 installed.

Then run the system.

Then report back with the results
