I am running ESXI 3.5 with 6 VM,s which works great. I now need to Replicate my VM's for Disastor recovery to Standby server or Offsite.
Is there any software which will constantly sync/replicate my Primary esxi server to secondary server?
I want to be easily power up VM's on secondary server should there's any problem without much of a downtime.
We want to keep the cost of software to minimal.

Thanks

I like doubletake and we have set it up the downside is that you need Microsoft licenses since both VMs are up and running.

You may want to look at Veeam Replicator, it support ESXi with and without VCB and is usually a cost effective solution.

Is the solution from Double Take similar to VMware Fault Tolerance ?

Doubletake is the same in that it will be real time failover but is different because the second VM is always online and you will need a seperate license for Exchange, SQL on the second VM.  The second VM doesn't have to be on the same subnet and can run it's own Exchange for instance as well as be a replication destination for a second Exchange server and mailstore.  It will perform DNS and IP masking as well.
I read that visioncore is working on supporting esxi for vreplicator. Not sure if it is available yet but... might be soon. This might be another good option for you.

From my understanding Vizioncore's vRanger had support for ESXi available but VMware stopped them from providing this functionality.  They may have done this with Veeam as well, you should check with the vendor before using it.  VMware has been doing this for a while now to ensure that users choose the full version for DR scenerios
Have a look at Platespin protect,  unlike doubletake the VM that you replicate to isn't up and running so you don't need two licences.
