Cannot monitor via SNMP or WMI over VPN Tunnel

I have a site to site VPN Tunnel between a Cisco 1841 and PIX 515e.  Everything works fine, except we are trying to use IPMonitor to monitor servers at the other end of the tunnel.

We have tried to use SNMP MIB's and WMI but it fails. It's almost as if SNMP is blocked, I know its not dns or nat issues, as we can ping, rdp, reach rpc "\\server.fqdn\c$"

Any ideas?

could you show me configs, and logs, when is this happening?
I don't know of any reason why snmp traffic would fail over the vpn unless you have an access-list someplace that prevents it.

Thanks, this led me in the right direction.  I needed to configure the snmp on the servers to accept the new location of IPMonitor.
