Users can not access public folder data after Exchange 2007 migration from Exchagne 2003

We've recently migrated most of our users from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007.
I've replicated the 2003 Public Folders to the 2007 server.
Shortly after some departments could see their Public Folder but not any of the data in them. And weirdly, some individuals can see the items, but most can't.
I as an admin seem to see all the items as well.
I've checked the permissions on the Ex2007 server with the "Get-PublicFolderClientPermission" command and everyone seems to be listed correctly in their PF's permission list.

How can I get everyone to see what they are supposed to see?

Have you also checked the 'Folders themselves' permissions using Get-PublicFolderAdministrativePermissions. I believe the Get-PublicFolderClientPermissions is related to the items within the public folders.



Everyone can see the folders themselves. Just not most of the data items.

How do I add permissions to each data item within the folders?
Have you tried using the Exchange 2007 native script 'AddUserToPFRecursive.ps1'.

You can run this directly from the EMS by default.
