I have one user getting this error everytime he tries to save a wav file. I have cleared the temp files and still nothing. Any ideas????

I have one user getting this error everytime he tries to save a wav file. I have cleared the temp files and still nothing. Any ideas????

Cannot open or save WAV Files in Outlook 2007 running on Vista.
