Changed users passwords in 2003 AD - now borderware BSP does not allow them to login to manage their SPAM.

The users passwords were changed. The borderware BSP 7 device no longer allows the users to login to the borderware device to manage their spam. the Active directory configured connection within borderware seems to be able to contact my AD server ok. I have already done a reimport. Its configured to import the users daily.
Internal AD seem ok.

Any thoughts?

Does the BSP use some sort of technical or service account to connect to LDAP of the AD?
If yes and the password of that account changed also, then you will need to update it in BSP.
