Strange issue. There is one user which can view the calendar from OWA, open appointents already create. But when the user tries to create a new appoint an error screen appears.

With other uses this does not happen

If I open New --> Contact .. then close it.. and try to create an appointment.. the appointment box appears successfully

Error as Follows:

Bad request

Go to Microsoft Product Support Services and perform a title search for the words HTTP and 400.
Open IIS Help, which is accessible in IIS Manager (inetmgr), and search for topics titled Web Site Setup, Web Site Administration, and About Custom Error Messages.

Does this issue follow the user to another computer?  i.e., have you tried reproducing the same problem on another computer logged in as the same user?

Can the user create emails, contacts or anything else?

Almost sounds like a popup issue.

Hello. This issue happens on any computer with the same user. They can create emails and contacts without any issues

Then inb that case - it sounds like a user account problem with Exchange.  Can you setup a new user account for this user and test it out, then if the problems goes away, delete their existing account (after extracting their email) and create them a new account.

Are u facing same problem from Outlook as well if yes then Export the user calendar in to .psts & create new appointment
