Access 2007 Switchboard. Name of the fifth line overrides the default name.

I am setting up an Access 2007 switchboard. When I add a fifth line to the switchboard, its name overrides the default name. Let's say the default name is NameDef, and the name of the fifth line is Name5. When the switchboard is opened, the heading is Name5 instead of NameDef.

The name is not the issue. I tried several ones. The problem persists.
I deleted the switchboard and set up anew one. Same problem.
I attach an Excel copy of the "Switchboard Items" table.

Has anyone encountered this? Is there a solution to it?

Thanks

FWIW, I tried this and the switchboard worked fine.

If you create a totally new database and recreate the same switchboard, does this still happen?

Can you post a small sample of this database that demonstrates this issue?

This is one of the reasons why many developers do not use the switchboard manager.
You have to know how the Form, Code, and Table all work together.

Thanks for your thoughts, Jeff.

I will try it on a Tets database.
I also thought of saving my database as 2002-2003 database and see if I get the same problem.
I'll give it a try tomorrow.

Jeff,

I set up a test database. The switchboard works fine. But, my database' switchboard doesn't.
I'll get back to it at a later date.
Thanks anyway.
