Exchange Server 2003 SYNC error 85010014
We have an Exchange Server 2003 that provides email communication services to LAN and Webmail users. Currently, we receive a request to add smart phone users to it.
We purchase a SSL cetificate, installed on the server and dowloaded the cetificate to the smat phones.
When we attempt to SYNC to the mail server with the smart phone, the login screen keep appearing, in other words the server does not like the user name and password provided; nevertheless, the credentials are valid because we can login using the Webmail interface without any issues. Then we check the error messages in the smart phone and we found that Active Sync has encountered a problem: a problem has occured with syncronization with server, error code 85010014.
We believe is an authentication issue with the server, Any ideas how we can resolve this problem?
