We've installed 64-bit SQL 2008 Enterprise on Windows Server 2003.  We're running IIS 6.0.

Whenever we attempt to run our classic ASP code, we see this error msg:
Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'

Server.CreateObject Failed

Any suggestions for how to resolve this?  The relevant specs are below:

Windows Server 2008 Standard x64 Edition
SQL 2008 Enterprise x64 Edition
Win Server 2003 R2 x86 Edition
IIS 6 with ASP.net 2.0 installed and enabled

One answer is here:
http://www.15seconds.com/faq/Errors/522.htm

Is whatever object/component you're trying to create installed/registered?

Thanks - here's the offending line:
Set objDBConn = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")

Here's what I've tried thus far:
1) used regsvr32 on msado15.dll
2) used regsvr32 on scrrun.dll
3) double-checked the IIS permissions

Any other ideas?

FYI,

I *can* create Scripting.FileSystemObject (e.g. the .vbs code below returns "Object Created OK," so I know it's something specific to ADODB.Connection:

Dim oFSO

On Error Resume Next

Set oFSO = CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")

IF (err.Number = 0) THEN
  MsgBox "Object created OK!"
  Set oFSO = Nothing
ELSE
  MsgBox "Failed to create object."
END IF

Well, I figured it out.  I had a reference to MaxMind GeoIP but hadn't registered the .DLL
