How can I monitor NBRCHANGE EIGRP on cisco 3560 switches?  Our switch is connected through 100 meg connection (over provider's circuit) as primary and MPLS for backup.  When 100 meg connection is down, NBRCHANGE EIGRP on switch is logged on switch.  Is there an SNMP tr to switch at our second location. Is thre an SNMP trap for this or how can I monitor this change?  Our provider does not monitor the 100 meg connection.
