I have an Iso file that is in MAC format (HFS+) I deleted some file from it with TransMac to make it fit on a regular DVD, Un fortuantely it didnot resize itself when I did this..

Is there any windows utilitys that can remove the Free space from the ISO so it will fit on a single layer DVD?

Hi

You need to optimize your ISO file.  I know UltraISO provides that feature.  And, here's a link with some discussion on the topic:

Hope that helps.

OK ..

I'm on my mac now.  Looking at the Disk Utility, have you tried the resize option?  I've attached a picture from the help file.

Let me know what you think.

opps nevermind, i am converting it to a Read/Wrte DMG, then i should be able to resize it.
Problem solved, I copied the Iso to my Mac, Made a new DMG Image, then restored the iso to the DMG image.

hopefully it is still bootable
