Hi Experts
I would like to add the text "Continued" after a Group Heading on an access report but I don't know how to!
E.g.
Heading reads "Equipment Option 1" on one page, the section breaks onto the next page (which is fine to do) then on the next page I would like to see "Equipment Option 1 (Continued)" on the next page.

Can anybody help?

Many Thanks
Marion

Assuming the label containing "Equipment Option 1" is called Label1:

In the Group Heading on print code add:
If Me.Section("NameOfTheSection").WillContinue Then
   Label1.Caption = "Equipment Option 1 (Continued)"
Else
   Label1.Caption = "Equipment Option 1"
End If

Access_MS,

I am not sure what you mean when you say:
<I would like to add the text "Continued" after a Group Heading >
The Group Header is a section.
The only section "After" The Group Header Section is typically the Details section. (or another Group Header)

Do you mean after the GroupHeader *Text* (but still in the group Header)?

If so, then I will presume that you have the "RepeatSection" property of that section to: Yes.

Then use code to compare the Header text at the start and end of each page.
If they are the same, Display the words: "Continued", if not then do not display this text.

Here is a sample:

Hi Experts
Many thanks
The second solution was exactly what I needed, the first one got me part of the way there.
Thank you both very much

Access_MS,

Or something like this if you don't have the GroupHeader repeating on each page.

I am sure you get the idea.
