hnasr:

I probably awarded you the 500 points prematurely as I downloaded the Access Developer Extensions but its not clear after I install the Extensions how to make the developer ribbon appear.  Could you let me know how this would be done?

It appears that I should choose Access Options > Add Ins> COM - GO and check the Access Developer Extensions but it does not add Developer  to the Ribbons

Thanks,
Don't worry!
I restored a previous backup, and in the process of adding the developer extensions. I'll summurise the steps for you.
Hello!
Download access developer extensions.
Install.
Access the extensions from the Office Button menu.
The developer in access is different from that in PowePoint for example.
In powerPoint you have it to add form controls and coding.
In access this is already available in other tabs (Create Tab and Form design tools ...)
In powerPoint you package to CD from Publish menu in Office menu.
In access you thst from Developer (just installed) in the Office Menu.

A sourceSafe option is available if you have Microsoft Visual SourceSafe Installed.
Good luck!

Thanks.  I had mixed up Excel and Access.
Good job.
